    Early Start, Big Effort at the GSV Triathlon

    Twelve Siena College students from Years 8 to 11 took on the 2026 GSV Triathlon at Altona Beach recently. With near-perfect conditions for the 7.00 am start, competitors powered through a 300 m swim, 10 km ride and 3 km run. All students crossed the finish line before the rain set in – a remarkable effort from everyone involved. Well done, Siena!

    Honourable Mention at International Ethics Olympiad

    After winning Gold at the 2025 Victorian Middle Ethics Olympiad, the Siena Middle Ethics team comprising Grace K and Sienna W (Year 8), Eleanor J (Year 9), as well as Loshaya J and Claire R (Year 10) went on to represent the College at the International Final.     A Lenten Beginning Rooted in Prayer, Service and Compassion

    In the spirit of the 2026 Project Compassion theme, Unite Against Poverty, Waratah House continued their fundraising efforts with a Shrove Tuesday pancake stall, raising funds to support those in need. This was followed by student-led Ash Wednesday prayer services, where Siena College staff and students gathered in their Houses to mark the beginning of Lent.
