Congratulations to Year 12 Public Speaking Leader, Ciara W who was awarded second place in the Rotary Club of Balwyn Inc.’s Four Way Test Public Speaking Showcase Grand Final. To reach the finals, Ciara delivered a memorised speech that challenged speakers to consider the following precepts: “Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?”
