Please note that as of 1 January 2018, PTV School Student ID and Student Pass application forms will only be available online at ptv.vic.gov.au. Hard copies are no longer available from stations or PTV Hubs. Any forms that require school stamp and authorisation may be left at Student Reception for processing and collected at the end of the day.
