We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Tymensen as Principal of Siena College, Camberwell, commencing January 2026. Sarah (BSc, Grad Dip Ed, Grad Cert RE, MEd Leadership [Learning], MEd [Leadership], GAICD) brings more than twenty years of distinguished service in Catholic education, most recently as Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching and Acting Principal at Star of the Sea College.
Guided by faith, courage and compassion, Sarah has dedicated her vocation to fostering communities where students are known, valued and empowered to use their gifts in the service of others. Her leadership reflects a dynamic combination of strategic vision and cultural stewardship, with a strong record of balancing academic excellence and wellbeing. Sarah is deeply committed to inspiring and uniting staff, students, alumnae, parents and the broader community.
Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Siena College, as we continue to honour our legacy while embracing new opportunities for our students and staff. We warmly welcome Sarah to our community and look forward with confidence to the future under her leadership.
