Year 10 Politics and Legal Studies students had the valuable opportunity to engage with Georgie Crozier MP, Member for Southern Metropolitan Region in the Legislative Council. Ms Crozier spoke about her early career as a nurse and midwife and how this path ultimately led her to serve as the Shadow Minister for Health in the Victorian Parliament. She also responded to students’ thoughtful questions on current policies, the role of the opposition, and the growing opportunities for women in politics, offering insights that enriched their understanding of public service and parliamentary life.
