Our Year 12 students recently took part in a rewarding three-day Retreat filled with adventure, reflection and connection. The experience included an overnight stay at Golden Valleys Adventure Camp in Flinders, where students embraced new challenges through activities such as the zip line, hut building, archery and the daring ‘Leap of Faith’. Back at Siena, the Retreat continued with wellbeing sessions focused on self-care strategies and an introduction to the The Cardoner Network’s gap year programs. Students also participated in a meaningful service initiative with the Birthing Kit Foundation Australia, assembling birthing kits to support women giving birth at home in remote regions of the developing world.

The Retreat concluded with staff sharing heartfelt affirmations and the presentation of personalised Year 12 jumpers – a special moment celebrating each student’s journey and the year ahead.
